Commander-in-Chief receives Bangladeshi frigate captain

Manama, May 31 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received here today the Bangladeshi Ambassador to Bahrain Mominur Rahman, who introduced to him the Captain of Bangladesh Navy's frigate "BNS Somudro Joy" Commodore Abdullah Mamun, currently on a visit to the kingdom. The Commander-in-Chief reviewed with the delegation the friendly Bahrain-Bangladesh relations, and ways to bolster them. He lauded the advanced level of bilateral cooperation, and joint cooperation. Issues of mutual concern were discussed. Director of Military Security Major-General Hassan Mohammed Sa'ad, Commander of the Royal Bahrain Naval Force (RBNF) Commodore Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Director of Military Cooperation Brigadier-General Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the Kuwait-Resident Bangladeshi Military Attaché to Bahrain Brigadier Nasimul Gani were present.
