Translation of Judicial System and Court of Grievances System

Riyadh, January 10, SPA -- The Cabinet Experts Commission’s
Translation Division has issued the official English translation of
the Judicial System and the System of Court of Grievances issued by
the Royal Decree No. (m / 78) dated on Monday, 1 October 2007.

Copies of the versions have been distributed to the official
concerned bodies.
The Head of the official Translation Division,
President of the Scientific Council of Translation, Dr. Saleh Bin
Ibrahim Babair said the department has been working on the
translation of laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
and their endorsement by the Scientific Council under the direct
supervision of President of the Cabinet Experts Commission and
General Supervisor of Official Translation Division Dr. Issam bin
Saad bin Said who affirmed that the translation of laws and
regulations emanates from the Government of the Kingdom's keenness on
the publication of these systems and their circulation to those
interested in and outside the Kingdom.

He pointed out that the Division has completed the translation of
more than sixty Saudi systems which have been approved by the
Scientific Council of Translation, which includes a group of
specialists in the English language and legal affairs of Saudi
universities
The Division has deposited copies of these publications
to the Ministry of Finance to be sold in accordance with the
established practice in this regard.
