Russian Government Sends Aid Materials to Afflicted-area in Northern Part of North Hamgyong Province

Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- Aid materials sent by the Russian government as regards the flood damage in the northern part of North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK arrived on the spot. There were transfer and delivery of the materials in Pyongyang and Rason City on Tuesday. -0-
