S. Korean shipyard worker killed in accident in Philippines

SEOUL, Jan. 25 (Yonhap) -- A South Korean worker died in an accident Sunday at a
shipyard in the Philippines run by South Korea's Hanjin Heavy Industries &
Construction Co., local police and media reports said.
A forklift truck accidently ran over the 51-year-old worker, only identified by
his surname Choi, in the shipyard located in the Subic Bay, 90 km north of
Manila.
He was immediately carried off to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced
dead, according to local police and media reports.
Choi was making rounds at an assembly line there when the accident took place.
Authorities were investigating how exactly the accident happened, they explained.
