Renault Samsung's auto sales fall 9.2 pct in Jan.

SEOUL, Feb. 2 (Yonhap) -- Renault Samsung Motors Co., the South Korean unit of
French automaker Renault SA, said Monday its vehicle sales fell 9.2 percent last
month, hit by slumping demand at home and overseas.

Renault Samsung sold 11,280 units in January, with domestic sales declining 11.3
percent to 8,022 units and exports falling 3.4 percent to 3,258 units.
