46 election sub-commissions to be established abroad

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolians, staying abroad are able to cast their ballots in the upcoming Presidential Election in June. According to the General Elections Commission (GEC), the voting abroad will be held on June 10-11. A total of 46 sub-commissions are planned to be established in the countries, where Mongolia has diplomatic mission, including Australia, England, USA, Germany, Kazakhstan, Russia, South Korea and China. Yesterday, GEC and the Central Commission to organize the voting abroad ran an online training for officers, who will work in the sub-commissions. GEC chairman Ch.Sodnomtseren advised the officers to study election law and regulations carefully, to spend the election budget properly in accordance with relevant regulations, to adhere to the voting date and time strictly and to give attention to registrations and records.
