Kim Yong Nam Congratulates French President-elect

Pyongyang, May 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, in a message on Monday congratulated Emmanuel Macron upon his election as French president.
