Saudi-Tunisian Real Estate Company announces Profits

Tunis, February 09, SPA -- Saudi-Tunisian Real Estate Company based
in Tunisia achieved a net profit of $ 954,000 in 2008, an increase of
30.4 % in comparison with its profits in 2007, the company announced
the data in a statement on its activities last year.

The announcement coincides with the meetings of Saudi-Tunisian
Business Council due to be held in Tunis on Tuesday to discuss
business partnerships and joint ventures between the two countries
and ways of further promoting investment and facilitating trade
balance.
