LG Chem to introduce high-end technology

SEOUL, Feb. 10 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's leading chemical maker LG Chem Ltd. said
Tuesday it will sign a deal with Schott AG, a German high-tech glass applications
producer, to introduce technologies for display glasses.
Under the deal to be signed on Feb. 20, LG Chem will be able to use Schott AG's
technologies to make glasses for flat panel displays and thin film transistors,
the company said in a regulatory filing.
