Juvenile Taekwon-Do Championship Opens

Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- The National Juvenile Taekwon-Do Championship for Jongilbong Cup opened with due ceremony at the Basketball Gymnasium in Chongchun Street on Friday. The championship brings together players selected from Pyongyang and all provinces, the Taekwon-Do team of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee and other units. Taekwon-do and Paduk competitions will take place at the Holy Taekwon-Do Hall. Attending the opening ceremony were officials concerned, players and coaches and school youth and children. At the end of the ceremony there was a demonstration of players from the Taekwon-Do team of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee. -0-
