National committee on prohibition of WMD holds meeting

Manama, June 21 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a meeting on the prohibition of weapons of mass destruction. The meeting, which was chaired by the Undersecretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Abdulla Abdullatif Abdulla, discussed future cooperation and exchanging practices with the United States. The meeting also discussed the conventions and treaties the Ministry had joined or approved, including the Additional Protocol signed with the International Atomic Energy Agency.
