Terror plot in KSA condemned

Manama, June 24 (BNA): The High Council for Islamic Affairs strongly condemned the despicable and heinous terror plot to target the Holy Mosque in Makkah in the evening of ending the Holy Quran and last Taraweeh prayer in Ramadan, in a blatant offence of the holiest sanctities for Muslims. In a statement released today, the council stressed that the attempt to target the Holy Mosque in the holy month of Ramadan and during its last ten days clearly reveals the extent of disregard to the rituals of Allah the Almighty and the blood of the worshippers as well as the religious, moral and humanitarian degradation of the terrorists. The council lauded the vigilance of the Saudi security bodies in foiling the terror crime and protecting the worshippers. It also praised the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spearheaded by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in serving the Holy Mosques and sites and serving the worshippers.
