Abdullah Bin Zayed discusses regional issues with Prince Saud Al Faisal
Abu Dhabi, February 12, 2009 (WAM) - UAE Foreign Minister HH Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan met in Riyadh yesterday with the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Prince Saud Al Faisal.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of regional and international issues and reviewed the situation in the Middle East, especially that in Gaza, as well as a number of subjects of mutual concern.
The two ministers also discussed ways for bolstering relations between UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various fields.
The meeting was attended by Saudi minister of State for Foreign Affairs Nizar Bin Obeid Madani, Undersecretary for bilateral relations Dr. Khalid Al Jundan and UAE ambassador to KSA Al Asri Saeed Ahmed Al Dhahiri.
Sheikh Abdullah's visit is part of a tour covering a number of Arab countries for consultations with foreign ministers of those countries on current regional and Arab issues. Sheikh Abdullah has been to Qatar, Oman and Jordan before arriving in KSA.
