DP SUGGESTS TO HOLD SECOND BALLOT ON WORKING DAY

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Democratic Party expressed concerns about the date of the second round of presidential election. At a press conference held Tuesday, June 27, the Democratic Party Secretary General Ts.Tuvaan said that the party suggests July 5 or 6 for the second ballot as Naadam celebration would have begun in the country on July 9, Sunday, the day fixed by the General Election Commission. “The second ballot better be conducted on a working day”, he said.
