‘CHILD BENEFITS’ TO REACH EVERY CHILD

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During its meeting on July 4, Tuesday, the Cabinet decided to grant ‘Child Benefits’ to every child, and compensate to those who didn’t receive the allowance. According to J.Munkhbat, Head of Cabinet Secretariat, it was instructed that ‘Child Benefits’ will cover 60 percent of the total children in Mongolia in the frameworks of the IMF Extended Fund Facility program. “In the first half of 2017, economic recovery has begun with economic growth standing at 4-4.5 percent”, he said. “Budget profit has surpassed MNT 500 billion, and MNT 100 billion is required to issue ‘Child Benefits’ to every child”.
