Bahrain condemns Pakistan terror bombings

Manama, July 11(BNA): Bahrain has strongly condemns the two terrorist bombings in the cities of Shaman and Kurram Agency in Pakistan, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of people, including policemen. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed in a statement its sincere condolences to the Government and people of Pakistan and to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured, stressing that these acts of terrorism are contrary to all religious and humanitarian principles and aim at destabilizing the security and stability of Pakistan. "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms the solidarity of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and stands with it in its fight against terrorism and supports its efforts to consolidate the pillars of peace and security," the statement said. "The ministry reaffirms the firm stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain in rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, calling for the consolidation of all regional and international efforts to eliminate this dangerous phenomenon and its roots and causes."
