Bahrain-US ties praised

Manama, July 12 (B NA): Parliament Affairs Minister Ghanim bin Fadhul Al Buainain has praised the advanced level of Bahrain-US cooperation ties especially after the successful Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)-US Summit held last May in the Saudi capital Riyadh, lauding the Kingdom of Bahrain leadership's efforts in boosting these ties. The minister's remarks were expressed as he received the American Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, William V. Roebuck. The minister also stressed the importance of boosting the amicable bilateral ties, and lauded the ambassador’s effective role in developing the bilateral ties in all fields. The ambassador expressed his country’s keenness on developing maximal degrees of the constructive bilateral cooperation to achieve the interest of both countries and peoples.
