National herb fair to be held later this month

BANGKOK, Aug 17 (TNA) - The Public Health Ministry will organise the 14th National Herb Expo between August 30 to September 3 to promote the use of herbs to cure disorders in men. Public Health Minister Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn, Chao Phya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital Director Dr Charan Boonritthikan and Government Pharmaceutical Organisation (GPO) executive managing director Dr Nopporn Cheanklin said that the five-day event, which will be held at the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is expected to draw at least 500,000 visitors. This year, Abhaiphubejhr Hospital will focus on herbal medicine for men’s heath such as those with properties to cure prostate gland and urinary problems. Herbal medicine formula and herbal plants will be given away at the fair. (TNA)
