Provocateurs Can Never Escape Merciless Baptism of Fire: KCNA Commentar

y Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- The situation on the Korean peninsula is inching close to the touch-and-go crisis. The U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces began the largest-ever joint naval exercises in the East Sea and West Sea of Korea on Oct. 16 with the mobilization of the U.S. nuclear-powered carrier Ronald Reagan task force and nuclear submarine, more than 40 warships in all, nuclear strategic bombers, Stealth fighters and other air force. The U.S. and the puppet forces claim the exercises will be a "strong military warning message" to the DPRK and a demonstration of the substantial strike action against it in case a military countermeasure is chosen. The exercises are timed to coincide with Trump's repeated crazy outbursts and the frequent military confabs of top military officials of the White House and the U.S. Defense Department envisaging "decapitation operation" targeting the supreme leadership of the DPRK. They are pushing the already acute situation on the Korean peninsula to the worst phase and seriously threatening peace and stability in Northeast Asia. It is a vital issue on which hinges the rise and fall of the Korean nation to foil the U.S. criminal nuclear war scenario for stamping out the whole land of Korea and enslaving the whole Korean nation. Now mounting in south Korea are rebuff and indignation at the U.S. warmongers resorting to war hysteria while unhesitatingly letting out outbursts shocking the world. Despite such mindset, the south Korean puppet forces are bringing the dark clouds of a war, chiming in with the U.S. master's zeal for aggression of the north. With nothing can such treacherous act be justified. The Koreans in the north, the south and abroad will never pardon the south Korean authorities' criminal act as they are blindly making treachery, not understanding the trend of the times and who the chief culprit of the nation is.
