Kim Jong Il to Be Remembered in Tanzania

Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- A Tanzanian committee for remembering leader Kim Jong Il was formed in Dar es Salaam on Nov. 18. Maina, vice-chairman of the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups and secretary general of the Tanzania-DPRK Friendship Association, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee. The committee set a remembrance period from Nov. 18 to Dec. 17 and decided to hold political and cultural events praising the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il in the period. -0-
