More people expected to see Royal Crematorium
BANGKOK, Dec 17 (TNA) - More people are expected to visit the Royal Crematorium of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej at Sanam Luang during the last two weeks before it is closed at the end of this month.
Starting this week, schools submitted their advance request to bring nearly 30,000 school students to view the site daily. The Ministry of Social Development and Human Security will also arrange groups of the physically challenged persons from across the country to visit the Royal Crematorium and related exhibitions, according to the Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order around the Grand Palace.
Facilities have been repaired to accommodate the large number of visitors everyday.
In preparation for fluctuating weather, medical teams have been stationed around Sanam Luang after it is found that several people became ill daily. (TNA)
