Leadership congratulated on National Guard anniversary

Manama, Jan. 6 (BNA): Shura Council has extended deepest congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, marking the Anniversary of the National Guard which falls on January 7. The council also congratulated all the National Guard affiliates, led by Commander, Lieutenant-General HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, on the occasion. In a statement, the Shura Council voiced pride in the advanced level reached by the National Guard, and its keenness on playing its patriotic role in safeguarding national security and stability and preserving hard-won national achievements and gains, under the leadership of HM the King. The Shura Council wished the kingdom many happy returns marking the occasion, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless Bahrain with ever-lasting security, stability and prosperity, under its leadership.
