Bahrain's foreign policy praised

Manama, Jan. 24 (BNA): Speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mulla has asserted the importance of boosting the cooperation with sisterly and friendly countries in various fields in the interest of the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He affirmed the Parliament’s support to the role of Bahraini embassies in developing the cooperation areas, especially economic and parliamentary cooperation, praising Bahrain’s wise foreign policy and strong ties with sisterly and friendly countries. The Speaker's remarks came as he received today Bahrain's newly-appointed ambassador to India, Abdulrahman Al Qaood; and, ambassador to Japan, Ahmed Al Dosary, in the presence of MP Abdulrahman Bu Majeed the Chairman of the Specific Standing Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights.
