HM King congratulated by Constitutional Court president

Manama, Feb. 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Constitutional Court President Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, on the National Action Charter (NAC)'s 17th anniversary. Shaikh Khalifa hailed the Kingdom's sound democratic atmospheres endorsed by 98.4% of the Bahraini people during the February 2001's plebiscite, and established upon the rule of law in the prosperous era of His Majesty the King.
