Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- A letter sent by the foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to the secretary-general of the United Nations as regards dangerous military moves against positive changes leading to the improvement of inter-Korean relations and detente booming on the Korean peninsula was distributed as an official document A/72/723-S/2018/81 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on Feb. 12. -0-
