MONGOLIAN FREESTYLE WRESTLERS TAKE 6TH PLACE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian wrestling team took the 6th place in the 2018 UWW Men’s Freestyle World Cup, held on April 7-8 in Iowa city, Iowa, the United States. Wrestlers of eight countries from Mongolia, the USA, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Japan, India, Kazakhstan and Georgia competed in the 2018 UWW Men’s Freestyle World Cup. In the first round, Mongolian team, included in Pool B, won Kazakhstan’s team by 6:4, but was defeated consecutively by Cuba and Azerbaijan by 7:3.
