NOMINEES FOR THE 'BEST ATHLETES OF THE MARCH' ANNOUNCED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian National Olympic Committee has announced the names of athletes that are nominated for the 2018 'Best Athlete of the March.' To promote the athletes that successfully participated in the international and domestic tournaments and to evaluate the events that happened in the Mongolian Sports, Mongolian National Olympic Committee names the 'The Best Athlete of the Month'. Nominees for the best athlete of the Month for March were State Honored athlete P.Orkhon, State Honored athlete E.Bekhbayar and national women's freestyle wrestling team that claimed bronze in Takasaki 2018, 17th Women's Wrestling World Cup. Also, gold medalist of the Ekaterinburg Grand Slam 2018 Ts.Tsogtbaatar and Sumo Grand Champion 71th Yokozuna Kakuryu M.Anand were nominated. State Honored athlete P.Orkhon has been nominated for the 4th time for 'Athlete of the Month'. 'The Best Athlete of the Month' will be selected by the votes of sports journalists and public.
