Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ President Kh.Battulga has congratulated President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his re-election through a phone call. On April 12, the President congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the presidential election, and wished him success in his presidential activities towards ensuring the well-being of the people and state of Azerbaijan.
