SELENGE AIMAG TO PLANT BUCKWHEAT RICE AGAIN

Selenge /MONTSAME/ Selenge aimag in cooperation with Shizuoka prefecture of Japan will plant buckwheat rice again this year. Last year, experts of Selenge aimag together with experts of Shizuoka prefecture planted and harvest buckwheat rice on 40 ha of land. As buckwheat rice was planted in the soil of Selenge aimag in accordance with high technology, they harvested good quality buckwheat rice, which is the main ingredient of Japanese traditional food namely soba noodle.
