A.NURLAN CLAIMS GOLD IN INTERNATIONAL BOXING TOURNAMENT IN KAZAKHSTAN

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Boxer A.Nurlan won gold medal in the International Boxing Federation's 'A' class tournament in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. In 56kg weight category of the tournament he defeated Iranian and Kazakhstan's boxers and in the final round he won Uzbekistan's Kushkarov Abdulaev. The top 100 boxers from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Russia and Kazakhstan competed in 10 weight categories and four Mongolian boxers participated in the tournament, grabbing one gold and two bronze medals. Boxers E.Tsendbaatar(64kg) and B.Sukhkhuyag(69kg) won bronze medals in the tournament. The Mongolian team will have two month joint training in Kazakhstan and during the training our boxers will partake in a series of tournaments in Almaty and Astana cities. G.Tuguldur
