Congratulations to Burundi FM

Pyongyang, May 11 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho sent a congratulatory message to Ezechiel Nibigira on his appointment as minister of External Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of Burundi on Wednesday.
