Congratulations to Sudanese FM

Pyongyang, May 24 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho sent a congratulatory message to Al-Dirdiri Mohamed Ahmed upon his appointment as foreign minister of Sudan on Monday.
