Congratulatory Message to Mauritanian FM

Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho sent a congratulatory message to Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed on his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on Wednesday.
