Swimming Contest of Public Officials Held

Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- There took place a swimming contest of officials of commissions, ministries and national institutions from July 16 to 23 at the swimming pool of the Changgwang Health Complex on the occasion of the months for maritime physical culture, July and August. The participants, divided into four groups, had team and individual games. Winners in team games are those of the Ministry of Fisheries, the Foreign Trade Bank, the Moran Guidance Bureau and the Cheyuk Sinmun Office. In individual games, players from the Central Committee of the Journalists Union of Korea, the Foreign Languages Publishing House and the State Planning Commission came first respectively. -0-
