Kyrgyz-Austrian business forum held in Vienna

Bishkek, Aug. 16, 2018. / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz-Austrian business forum in the construction sector was held in Vienna, on Aug. 13-14, 2018, in which Kyrgyz entrepreneurs-members of "Jash Ishkerler Association" and representatives of Austrian companies took part, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported. During the forum Austrian companies presented their projects in the field of production of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly construction materials and use of the latest innovative technologies in construction. Kyrgyz businessmen expressed interest in these projects and the sides discussed possible areas of cooperation in this area. Austrian companies were shown video clips about economic and investment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan, about the Third World Nomad Games and the activities of "Jash Ishkerler Association". The Kyrgyz side invited Austrian companies to invest actively in the national economy and to open new export-oriented production enterprises in Kyrgyzstan together with Kyrgyz partners. Within the framework of the forum, to familiarize and study the Austrian experience Kyrgyz entrepreneurs visited the Hertzarmaturen building materials plant and Vienna’s new district Aspern, which was built as a smart city. The Kyrgyz business delegation also got acquainted with the activities of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Austria and met with Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Dzhusupov.
