Congratulations to Cambodian FM

Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho, DPRK foreign minister, sent a congratulatory message to Prak Sokhon upon his appointment as deputy prime minister and minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia on Sep. 12. The message wished him big success in his work, expressing the belief that the traditional ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries provided by President Kim Il Sung and the great King Norodom Sihanouk, would continue to develop in the future. -0-
