HM King leaves Turkmenistan

Ashgabat, Mar. 19 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa left Turkmenistan today, returning to Bahrain, after an official state visit at an invitation by Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. HM the King held discussions during the visit with the Turkmen President on bilateral relations and ways of bolstering them mainly in the economic, trade and investment fields. Both leaders also reviewed the overall regional and international situation. HM the King was bidden farewell at the airport by Turkmen Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov. The Guard of Honour saluted HM the King. HM the King sent a cable of thanks to the Turkmen President for the gracious welcome and hospitality, wishing Turkmenistan and its people more progress and prosperity.
