Bahrain’s openness on cultures stressed

Manama, Mar. 27(BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received today Metropolitan Niphon Saikali of Philipopolis, Antioch Patriarch's representative to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia. He affirmed Bahrain’s commitment to the policy of openness on various cultures and civilizations. This comes as part of the Kingdom's efforts to enhance its relations and cooperation with all countries of the world and to promote the values of tolerance and coexistence throughout the world. Metropolitan Niphon Saikali noted that the Kingdom of Bahrain is a model for peaceful coexistence among all religions and sects, adding that it guarantees all rights and freedoms, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
