Bahrain attends Arab labour meeting

Geneva, June 10 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister Undersecretary Sabah Salem Al-Dosari attended the Arab Group’s meeting, which was held in the sidelines of the International Labour conference, being held in Geneva. The meeting focused on coordinating Arab stances at the international labour conference. Other key issues were also discussed, including the development of the Arab market policies, exchanging technical expertise and ways of strengthening cooperation between the International Labour Organisation and the Arab Labour Organisation. Bahrain’s participation in the meeting reflects the Kingdom’s keenness on support pan-Arab efforts to advocate labour issues at international arenas and coordinate Arab stances.
