Two S. Korean women sign with German football club

SEOUL, April 2 (Yonhap) -- Two South Korean female football players will play
with SC Bad Neuenahr of the German Bundes Liga, the country's football governing
body said Thursday.
Striker Park Hee-young and Cha Yun-hee of the Daekyo Kangaroos signed with the
German club to play for one year and two months on loan, the Korean Women's
Football League said.
The two will be the first female Koreans to play for a European team, according
to the organization.
Details of the contract were not disclosed.
The German team ranked ninth among 12 teams in the country's football league this
season.
