Northern Governor receives championship officials

Manama, June 18 (BNA): Northern Governor Ali bin Al-Sheikh Abdul Hussein Al-Asfoor received Nader and Ibrahim Al’ali, Chairman and Secretary-General of the 5th edition of Amer Volleyball Ramadan Championship. They presented the Northern Governor with a commemorative shield in recognition of his support to the championship. The Governor commended the organization of such activities, which reflect the crucial role played by non-governmental parties in promoting sports activities and honing youth. The two officials hailed the role of the Northern Governorate as well as its contribution to the success of the championship as part of efforts to encourage and support sports and youth activities.
