Bahrain strongly condemns terrorist act in Baghdad

Manama, June 21 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a mosque in the city of Baghdad, Republic of Iraq, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of people. The Ministry extended its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished those injured from this heinous terrorist act speedy recovery. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom’s solidarity with the brotherly Republic of Iraq against terrorism, and expressed its support for its efforts in maintaining security and stability. The Ministry also stressed the Kingdom of Bahrain's unequivocal position that rejects all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, calling for concerted efforts to eradicate this dangerous scourge and all those supporting or funding it.
