Saudi Minister of Finance Reassures about Saudi Arabia`s Economy 2 London

Dr. Al-Assaf talked about the participation of Saudi Arabia in the
Economic Summit of the Group of Twenty, which concluded its works in
London on Thursday, saying, " The leaders discussed six themes
focused on the restoration of confidence, growth, employment, reform
of the financial system, restoration of growth, financial control and
its relationship to stability."

He said the Group of Twenty discussed the program of economic
recovery in the economies of various countries in the world, for
which Washington meeting estimated an amount of five trillion
dollars, noting that through this program, the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia adopted a Program of Investment and Development in
Governmental and Monetary Sectors, which is considered as one of the
largest programs in terms of the size of the economy, with an amount
estimated at $ 400 billion for five years.
