Cheong Wa Dae confirms N. Korean rocket fired at 11:30:15 KST

SEOUL, April 5 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's presidential office confirmed North
Korea launched its long-range rocket 15 seconds past 11:30 a.m. Sunday, but said
it was too early to call the launch a success.
