Foreign Minister conveys leadership greetings to President Trump

New York, Sept. 25 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to US President Donald Trump. The minister conveyed the leadership appreciation to the president’s efforts in strengthening the historical and strategic relationships between the two friendly countries and people, wishing him further success. This came when the Minister attended the reception ceremony held by President Trump to leaders and heads of delegations of world countries participating in the 74th session of UN General Assembly in New York. The Foreign Minister expressed Bahrain’s pride in its strong relationship with the US and its development, commending its efforts in supporting the international community in facing the threats and challenges of the world and to consolidate international peace and security.
