Governor announces development of non-planned areas in Makkah 3

Prince Khalid Al-Faisal said the strategy of developing Makkah region
includes developing of administrative skeleton of Makkah governorate.


He noted that the plan of development of Makkah governorate has been
approved by second deputy premier and interior minister Prince Naif
bin Abdulaziz, and that the plan will be carried out in cooperation
with the ministry of civil service and the institute of public
administration.


"I have made it clear to the experts that we want Makkah to be the
most adorable place in the world, and we want it to be the best and
the most beautiful city in the world," he said.

On the other hand, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal said the project of Okaz
will be one of the biggest projects.


On another topic, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal underscored the importance
of spreading the culture of dealing with the world and promoting
awareness.


As regards the economic development in Qunfuda and Al-Leith
governorates, he said a study has been conducted in this respect and
the study will be carried out for activating the economy of the two
governorates.


"We have agreed with the Saudi Tourism Commission for building two
tourism cities in Qunfuda and Al-Leith," he added.
