IDB and Cambridge University sign MoU

Jeddah, April 13, SPA -- The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has
recently concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with British
Cambridge University for launching the Bank's Program entitled
"International University of Cambridge for Scholarships".


The signing ceremony at the University in London was attended by Dr.
Ahmed Mohammed Ali, President of the Bank, and Prof. Alison Richard,
Vice-Chancellor of the University.


The launch of the joint program came within the Bank's scheme of
granting scholarships to distinguished and talented students from
Islamic communities in the field of science and high technology to
prepare researches for doctorates.
