Riyadh, April 13, SPA -- Rahhab bin Ibrahim Masood has been appointed
as Deputy Assistant Secretary General for National Security Council
in the Excellent rank, according to a royal order issued here today.
A royal court's statement said the order should be carried out by the
concerned authorities with immediate effect.
