Intellectual meeting held at the Tunis-based Saudi Thought Tent

Tunis, April 14, SPA -- Upon an initiative of the Saudi Ambassador to
Tunisia Ibrahim Al-Saad Al-Brahim, an intellectual meeting was held
at the Saudi embassy today under the title "United Nations
Institutions Reforms in view of current political and economic
changes".

Dr. Darm Al-Bassam, the key speaker, cast light at the political and
economic changes that should have affected the role and functions of
the world organization since the Second World War to date.

Today's meeting is part of a series of cultural meetings held at the
embassy under the Saudi Thought Tent and attended by a host of
politicians, diplomats, intellectuals, journalists, media
representatives and thinkers from Tunisia, Saudi Arabia and others.
