Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thenayan speaks at Boao Forum 2

Prince Saud stressed the importance of the international efforts to
confront the global economic crisis.


He highlighted the importance of the forum for providing an enabling
environment for global business and economic leaders, and those
concerned with the economic crisis, to arrive at the most practical
ways to meet the challenges.

He hoped that the forum would draw a long-term development strategy
to achieve sustainable development after having overcome the current
crisis. He added that Saudi Arabia looks forward to a world guided by
the spirit of brotherhood, based on economic development for the
benefit of all mankind.


The forum was attended by more than 2,700 participants, drawing wide
media, economic and political attention.
